2. Kapsam

Bu politika yalnızca Be-Line uygulamasını kapsar (iOS, iPadOS, Android). Uygulamadan bağlantı verilen üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kendi politikaları geçerlidir. Politika 26 Ağustos 2026 tarihinden itibaren yürürlüktedir.

3. Toplanan veriler — kategori kategori

Aşağıdaki veriler toplanır:

• Hesap bilgisi: E-posta adresi, şifrenin geri döndürülemez özeti (şifrenin kendisi hiçbir zaman saklanmaz), kullanıcı kimliği, kullanıcı adı ve isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı.
• Konum ve rota: Yürüyüş sırasındaki GPS koordinatlarınız ve bunlardan oluşan rota çizgisi. Bu, uygulamanın tek işlevi olan harita keşfi için ZORUNLUDUR; izin vermezseniz rota çizilmez. Arka plan konumu yalnızca ayrıca izin verdiyseniz ve yürüyüş kaydı açıkken çalışır.
• Yürüyüş verisi: Yürüyüş sırasında kat edilen mesafe (km), rota geçmişi, günlük ve haftalık toplamlar, seri durumu ve keşif yüzdesi. Adım sayısı ve kalori TOPLANMAZ — uygulama adım saymaz ve kalori hesaplamaz. Hareket/pedometre sensörü kullanılmaz. Apple Sağlık (HealthKit) uygulamasına YAZILMAZ ve oradan OKUNMAZ.
• Kullanıcı içeriği: Haritaya bıraktığınız notlar ve fotoğraflar, sohbet mesajlarınız, gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar ve sesli mesajlar. Klan sohbetleri ve haritaya bırakılan içerik, tanımı gereği diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir.
• Sosyal grafik: Arkadaş listeniz, klan üyeliğiniz, katıldığınız etkinlikler ve liderlik tablosundaki sıralamanız.
• Satın alma kaydı: BE+ aboneliğinizin durumu ve mağazadan gelen makbuz doğrulama sonucu. Kart numarası, son kullanma tarihi veya CVC gibi ödeme bilgileri geliştiriciye HİÇBİR ZAMAN ULAŞMAZ; ödemeyi tamamen Apple veya Google işler.
• Cihaz ve teşhis: Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil ayarı ve çökme/hata kayıtları.
• Bildirimler: Bildirime izin verirseniz, bildirimi cihazınıza ulaştırmak için kullanılan cihaz jetonu.

Toplanmayanlar — bunlar hiçbir koşulda toplanmaz:

• Rehber, takvim, mesaj ve çağrı kayıtları
• Sağlık ve fitness verileri
• Banka kartı veya ödeme aracı bilgileri
• Biyometrik veriler

4. Veriler nasıl toplanır

• Sizin girdiğiniz: Hesap açarken e-posta adresi ve şifre; profilde kullanıcı adı ve isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı; haritaya bıraktığınız notlar ve fotoğraflar; sohbetlerde yazdığınız mesajlar, gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar ve sesli mesajlar; kurduğunuz veya katıldığınız klan ve etkinlik bilgileri.
• Otomatik toplanan: Yürüyüş sırasında konumunuz (GPS) — uygulama açıkken ve izin verdiyseniz arka planda; bu konumlardan hesaplanan mesafe ve rota çizgisi; keşfettiğiniz sokak ve bölgeler; cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve dil ayarı; hata ve çökme kayıtları. Adım sayısı ve kalori toplanmaz.
• Üçüncü taraf SDK'ları aracılığıyla: Google Firebase, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Gemini API

5. Hangi veri, hangi amaçla işlenir

• E-posta ve şifre özeti → hesabınızı oluşturmak, oturum açmanızı sağlamak ve şifre sıfırlama
• Konum ve rota → yürüdüğünüz sokakları haritada boyamak, keşif yüzdenizi hesaplamak ve rota geçmişinizi göstermek
• Mesafe ve rota geçmişi → günlük hedef, seri, görev ilerlemesi ve liderlik tablosu
• Notlar, fotoğraflar ve sesli mesajlar → haritada ve sohbetlerde diğer kullanıcılara göstermek
• Arkadaş ve klan bilgisi → sosyal özellikleri, ortak haritayı ve takım sıralamasını çalıştırmak
• Satın alma kaydı → BE+ ayrıcalıklarını açmak ve makbuzun geçerliliğini sunucuda doğrulamak
• Cihaz ve çökme kayıtları → hataları gidermek ve uygulamanın kararlılığını artırmak
• Bildirim jetonu → klan daveti, etkinlik ve hedef hatırlatması göndermek
• Şikâyet kayıtları → uygunsuz içerik ve kullanıcı bildirimlerini incelemek

6. Hukuki dayanak (KVKK ve GDPR)

• Uygulamanın çalışması için zorunlu veriler — KVKK m.5/2-c (sözleşmenin ifası) ve GDPR m.6(1)(b)
• Çökme ve hata kayıtları — KVKK m.5/2-f (meşru menfaat) ve GDPR m.6(1)(f)
• Bildirimler ve isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı — KVKK m.5/1 (açık rıza) ve GDPR m.6(1)(a); rızanızı istediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz. Bu uygulamada reklam gösterilmez, dolayısıyla reklam amaçlı veri işlenmez.

7. Üçüncü taraflar ve ne aldıkları

• Google Firebase — alır: anonim kullanıcı kimliği, uygulama içi ilerleme kayıtları ve çökme bilgisi. Gizlilik politikası
• Apple App Store — alır: ödeme işlemi ve makbuz doğrulama. Gizlilik politikası
• Google Play — alır: ödeme işlemi ve satın alma doğrulama. Gizlilik politikası

Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla devredilmez.

8. Yurt dışına aktarım

Kullanılan hizmetlerin sunucuları Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunabilir. Aktarım KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V kapsamında, sağlayıcıların Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC) taahhütlerine dayanır.

9. Saklama süreleri

• Hesap bilgisi: hesabınızı silene kadar; silme işleminden sonra en geç 30 gün içinde yedeklerden de kaldırılır
• Konum ve rota geçmişi: hesabınızı silene kadar; tek tek rotaları uygulama içinden istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz
• Yürüyüş verisi: hesabınızı silene kadar
• Notlar, fotoğraflar ve sesli mesajlar: siz silene ya da hesabınızı silene kadar
• Sohbet mesajları: hesabınızı silene kadar; klan sohbetlerinde gönderilmiş mesajlar, klanın kaydı olarak diğer üyelerde kalabilir
• Satın alma kaydı: yasal ve mali yükümlülükler gereği 10 yıl
• Çökme ve hata kayıtları: 90 gün
• Şikâyet kayıtları: incelemenin bitiminden sonra 1 yıl

10. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15-22 uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bir kopyasını isteme (erişim)
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verinin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme
• Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış bir biçimde alma (taşınabilirlik)
• İşlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğiniz rızayı geri alma
• Yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayalı bir karara itiraz etme
• Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) veya yetkili AB denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma

11. Verilerinizi silme

Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden silebilirsiniz: <strong>Profil → Menü → Hesabı Sil</strong>. Onayladığınızda hesabınız, rota geçmişiniz, aktivite verileriniz, haritaya bıraktığınız notlar ve fotoğraflar ile profil bilgileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir; işlem geri alınamaz. Klan sohbetlerinde daha önce gönderdiğiniz mesajlar, klanın ortak kaydı olduğu için diğer üyelerde kalabilir — bunların da silinmesini isterseniz e-posta ile başvurun. Uygulamayı yalnızca cihazdan kaldırmak hesabınızı silmez.

Sunucu tarafındaki kaydınızın silinmesi için omerbarisberk@hotmail.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; kaydınız en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

12. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulamanın yaş sınırı 12+'dir. Uygulama, 13 yaşın (Avrupa Birliği'nde 16 yaşın) altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Böyle bir verinin toplandığı fark edilirse gecikmeksizin silinir. Çocuğunuza ait bir veri toplandığını düşünüyorsanız omerbarisberk@hotmail.com adresine bildirin.

13. Güvenlik

• Tüm ağ trafiği TLS (HTTPS) ile şifrelenir
• Sunucu tarafı verilere yalnızca geliştirici erişebilir; erişim kimlik doğrulaması ile korunur
• Cihazdaki veriler işletim sisteminin sağladığı uygulama korumalı alanında (sandbox) tutulur
• Bir veri ihlali yaşanırsa etkilenen kullanıcılar ve yetkili makam 72 saat içinde bilgilendirilir

14. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Esaslı bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildirilir. Son güncelleme: 26 Ağustos 2026 / 26 August 2026.

Ek B — Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir. Kart ve ödeme bilgileriniz geliştiriciye hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödeme tamamen Apple/Google tarafından işlenir. Geliştirici yalnızca satın almanın geçerliliğini doğrulayan makbuz bilgisini ve satın alınan ürün kimliğini görür. İade talepleri Apple/Google üzerinden yapılır.

1. Who publishes this policy

This app is developed and published by Ömer Barış Berk, who acts as the data controller for your personal data. For any question, request or complaint: omerbarisberk@hotmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

2. Scope

This policy covers only the Be-Line app (iOS, iPadOS, Android). Third-party services linked from the app are governed by their own policies. This policy is effective from 26 August 2026.

3. Data collected — category by category

The following data is collected:

• Account data: E-mail address, an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored), user id, username and an optional profile photo.
• Location and routes: Your GPS coordinates while walking and the route line built from them. This is REQUIRED for map exploration, the app's core function; without permission no route is drawn. Background location runs only if you granted it separately and a walk is being recorded.
• Walk data: Distance covered while walking (km), route history, daily and weekly totals, streak state and exploration percentage. Step count and calories are NOT collected — the app does not count steps or estimate calories. The motion/pedometer sensor is not used. Nothing is written to or read from Apple Health (HealthKit).
• User content: Notes and photos you drop on the map, your chat messages, and the photos and voice notes you send. Clan chats and content dropped on the map are by design visible to other users.
• Social graph: Your friend list, clan membership, the events you join and your leaderboard position.
• Purchase records: The state of your BE+ subscription and the receipt validation result from the store. Payment details such as card number, expiry date or CVC NEVER reach the developer; payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
• Device and diagnostics: Device model, OS version, app version, language setting and crash/error logs.
• Notifications: If you allow notifications, the device token used to deliver them to your device.

Never collected — under any circumstance:

• Contacts, calendar, messages and call logs
• Health and fitness data
• Bank card or payment instrument details
• Biometric data

4. How data is collected

• Provided by you: E-mail address and password when you create an account; username and an optional profile photo; notes and photos you drop on the map; messages, photos and voice notes you send in chats; the clans and events you create or join.
• Collected automatically: Your location (GPS) while you walk — in the foreground and, if you granted permission, in the background; the distance and route line computed from it; the streets and areas you uncover; device model, OS version, app version and language setting; error and crash logs. Step count and calories are not collected.
• Through third-party SDKs: Google Firebase, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Gemini API

5. Purpose of processing, per data type

• E-mail and password hash → creating your account, signing you in and resetting your password
• Location and routes → painting the streets you walk on the map, computing your exploration percentage and showing your route history
• Distance and route history → daily goal, streak, quest progress and leaderboards
• Notes, photos and voice notes → showing them to other users on the map and in chats
• Friend and clan data → running the social features, the shared map and team rankings
• Purchase records → unlocking BE+ benefits and validating the receipt on the server
• Device and crash logs → fixing bugs and improving app stability
• Notification token → sending clan invites, event and goal reminders
• Abuse reports → reviewing reports of inappropriate content and users

6. Legal basis (KVKK and GDPR)

• Data required for the app to function — KVKK art.5/2-c (performance of a contract) and GDPR art.6(1)(b)
• Crash and error logs — KVKK art.5/2-f (legitimate interest) and GDPR art.6(1)(f)
• Notifications and the optional profile photo — KVKK art.5/1 (explicit consent) and GDPR art.6(1)(a); you may withdraw consent at any time. This app shows no advertising, so no data is processed for advertising purposes.

7. Third parties and what they receive

• Google Firebase — receives: anonymous user id, in-app progress records and crash information. Privacy policy
• Apple App Store — receives: payment processing and receipt validation. Privacy policy
• Google Play — receives: payment processing and purchase validation. Privacy policy
• Google Gemini API — receives: only the text prompt relayed server-side; no user identity or location is sent. Privacy policy

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred for marketing purposes to any third party.

8. International transfers

Servers of the services used may be located in the European Union and the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under KVKK art.9 and GDPR Chapter V.

9. Retention periods

• Account data: until you delete your account; removed from backups within 30 days of deletion at the latest
• Location and route history: until you delete your account; you can delete individual routes from within the app at any time
• Walk data: until you delete your account
• Notes, photos and voice notes: until you delete them or delete your account
• Chat messages: until you delete your account; messages already sent in a clan chat may remain with the other members as the clan's record
• Purchase records: 10 years, as required by legal and financial obligations
• Crash and error logs: 90 days
• Abuse reports: 1 year after the review is closed

10. Your rights

Under KVKK art.11 and GDPR art.15-22 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and obtain a copy (access)
• Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Receive your data in a structured format (portability)
• Object to processing and withdraw your consent
• Object to a decision based solely on automated processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the competent EU supervisory authority

To exercise your rights, write to omerbarisberk@hotmail.com. Your request is answered free of charge within 30 days.

11. Deleting your data

You can delete your account from inside the app: <strong>Profile → Menu → Delete Account</strong>. Once confirmed, your account, route history, activity data, the notes and photos you dropped on the map and your profile information are permanently deleted; the action cannot be undone. Messages you previously sent in clan chats may remain with the other members as the clan's shared record — e-mail us if you want those removed too. Simply removing the app from your device does not delete your account.

To have your server-side record deleted, write to omerbarisberk@hotmail.com; your record is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

12. Children's privacy

The app's age rating is 12+. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (under 16 in the European Union). If such data is found to have been collected, it is deleted without delay. If you believe data about your child has been collected, contact omerbarisberk@hotmail.com.

13. Security

• All network traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
• Server-side data is accessible only to the developer, protected by authentication
• On-device data is kept within the operating system's application sandbox
• In case of a data breach, affected users and the competent authority are notified within 72 hours

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published at this address with an updated "last updated" date. Material changes are announced inside the app. Last updated: 26 Ağustos 2026 / 26 August 2026.

Appendix B — Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your card and payment details never reach the developer; payment is handled entirely by Apple/Google. The developer only sees the receipt used to validate the purchase and the purchased product identifier. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google.
