This Privacy Policy explains how the "Rehberim" mobile application ("Rehberim", the "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the App. Rehberim is an Islamic lifestyle companion that provides prayer times, the Quran, supplications (duas), a qibla compass, worship tracking, and related features.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the App, and we never sell your personal data. By using Rehberim, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1. Anonymous Account Information — When you first open the App, our backend provider (Google Firebase) automatically generates an anonymous user identifier (UID). This UID is not linked to your real-world identity. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or social media accounts.
3.2. Purchase and Subscription Information — If you purchase a premium subscription (monthly/yearly) or the lifetime option, we store your purchase and subscription status (e.g., which plan is active, expiration date, whether premium is enabled) associated with your anonymous UID. This lets us grant premium features and restore them across your devices. To verify purchases, our servers process the purchase receipt / transaction record provided by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your credit card, bank, or payment details — these are handled solely by Apple or Google.
3.3. Free Trial / Device Information — To provide a fair 7-day free trial and prevent abuse (for example, reinstalling to reset the trial), we store a device identifier together with the date the App was first installed on your device. This device-bound record is used only for trial management.
3.4. Location Information — With your permission, the App accesses your device's location (approximate or precise) to: calculate accurate prayer times for your area, and determine the qibla (prayer direction). Your location is used to compute these results. Location coordinates may be sent to a third-party prayer-times calculation service (see Section 5) solely to return prayer times for your area. We do not use your location for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell it.
3.5. Usage and Diagnostic Data — We may collect limited app-activity and diagnostic data, such as which core screens are used, anonymous purchase-funnel events, crash reports, and performance metrics. This helps us keep the App stable, fix bugs, and improve features. This data is not used to identify you personally.
3.6. Community Features — If you use optional community features (such as participating in a shared Quran reading), the App stores your contribution/progress associated with your anonymous UID so the shared activity can function.

Premium and purchase records are managed server-side and cannot be modified by the client. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we work to safeguard your data.
Rehberim is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It contains only religious and reference content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we use anonymous authentication and do not collect names or contact details, the App does not gather personal data that could identify a child.
The App and this Policy may link to external content (for example, Apple's Terms of Use / EULA, or subscription management). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites and services. Please review their policies separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the App or on this page. Your continued use of Rehberim after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
