1. Kim bu politikayı yayınlıyor

Bu uygulama Ömer Barış Berk tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. Kişisel verileriniz bakımından veri sorumlusu sıfatı Ömer Barış Berk'e aittir. Her türlü soru, talep ve şikâyet için: omerbarisberk@hotmail.com. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

2. Kapsam

Bu politika yalnızca Rehberim uygulamasını kapsar (iOS, iPadOS, Android). Uygulamadan bağlantı verilen üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kendi politikaları geçerlidir. Politika 28 Ekim 2026 tarihinden itibaren yürürlüktedir.

3. Toplanan veriler — kategori kategori

Aşağıdaki veriler toplanır:

• Anonim kimlik: Firebase'in ürettiği rastgele kullanıcı kimliği (uid). Bu kimlik adınıza, e-postanıza veya telefonunuza bağlı değildir.
• Uygulama içi tercih ve ilerleme: Favori sureler, tamamlanan sureler, en son açtığınız içerik, üye numarası, kurulum tarihi ve premium durumu. Cihazlar arası tutarlılık için sunucuda (Firestore) saklanır.
• Cihaz kimliği (deneme süresi): 7 günlük ücretsiz denemenin uygulama silinip yeniden kurulunca tekrar başlamaması için kalıcı bir cihaz kimliği (iOS'ta Apple Anahtar Zinciri'nde saklanan rastgele kimlik, Android'de uygulamaya özgü cihaz kimliği), platform, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü. Reklam veya izleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
• Konum: Yalnızca namaz vakitlerini, kıble yönünü ve bulunduğunuz şehir adını göstermek için, izin verdiğinizde okunan anlık konum. Konumunuz geliştiricinin sunucusuna KAYDEDİLMEZ; yalnızca enlem-boylam olarak Aladhan (vakit hesabı) ve OpenStreetMap Nominatim (şehir adı) servislerine gönderilir. Konum izni vermezseniz şehir seçerek de kullanabilirsiniz.
• Satın alma kaydı: Premium satın alma ve aboneliklerinizin durumu, ürün kimliği ve mağazadan gelen makbuzun doğrulama sonucu (RevenueCat ve sunucu kayıtları). Satın alma ekranındaki adımlar (ekranı açma, ürün seçme, satın alma sonucu) anonim kimliğinizle birlikte kaydedilir.
• Topluluk hatmi: Bir topluluk hatmine katıldığınızda aldığınız cüz, anonim kullanıcı kimliğinizle eşleştirilir. Diğer katılımcılar adınızı görmez, yalnızca cüzün alındığını görür.
• Kullanım istatistikleri (yalnız Android): Android'de Firebase Analytics; açılan ekranlar, oturum süresi, cihaz türü, işletim sistemi ve ülke düzeyinde konum gibi toplu kullanım istatistikleri toplar. iOS'ta bu analitik tamamen kapalıdır.
• Yalnızca cihazda kalanlar: Namaz, oruç, kaza ve zikir kayıtlarınız, rozetleriniz ve bildirim/ezan hatırlatma ayarlarınız cihazınızda saklanır; sunucuya GÖNDERİLMEZ. Bildirimler cihaz içinde zamanlanır; push bildirimi jetonu toplanmaz.

Toplanmayanlar — bunlar hiçbir koşulda toplanmaz:

• Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası
• Rehber, takvim, mesaj ve çağrı kayıtları
• Sağlık ve fitness verileri
• Banka kartı veya ödeme aracı bilgileri
• Biyometrik veriler

4. Veriler nasıl toplanır

• Sizin girdiğiniz: Favori sureleriniz, okumayı tamamladığınız sureler, topluluk hatminde aldığınız cüzler, namaz/oruç/kaza/zikir kayıtlarınız ve bildirim tercihleriniz. Uygulama sizden ad, e-posta veya telefon istemez; hesap açma ekranı yoktur.
• Otomatik toplanan: Uygulama ilk açıldığında Firebase üzerinden anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur. Ücretsiz deneme süresini korumak için kalıcı bir cihaz kimliği ile platform, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü kaydedilir. Namaz vakti ve kıble için izin verirseniz anlık konumunuz okunur. Android'de Firebase Analytics kullanım istatistikleri toplar; iOS'ta Firebase Analytics kapalıdır.
• Üçüncü taraf SDK'ları aracılığıyla: Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Aladhan API (namaz vakitleri), OpenStreetMap Nominatim, AlQuran Cloud API, mp3quran.net

5. Hangi veri, hangi amaçla işlenir

• Anonim kimlik → tercih ve satın alma kayıtlarınızı size ait olarak tutmak
• Tercih ve ilerleme → favorilerinizi ve okuma ilerlemenizi yeniden açılışta göstermek
• Cihaz kimliği → ücretsiz deneme süresinin kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek
• Konum → namaz vakitlerini, kıble yönünü ve şehir adını hesaplamak
• Satın alma kaydı → premium özellikleri açmak, makbuzu doğrulamak ve satın alma ekranındaki sorunları gidermek
• Topluluk hatmi → hangi cüzün kimde olduğunu takip ederek hatmi tamamlamak
• Kullanım istatistikleri (Android) → hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını anlamak ve uygulamayı iyileştirmek

6. Hukuki dayanak (KVKK ve GDPR)

• Uygulamanın çalışması için zorunlu veriler — KVKK m.5/2-c (sözleşmenin ifası) ve GDPR m.6(1)(b)
• Çökme ve hata kayıtları — KVKK m.5/2-f (meşru menfaat) ve GDPR m.6(1)(f)

Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla devredilmez.

8. Yurt dışına aktarım

Kullanılan hizmetlerin sunucuları Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunabilir. Aktarım KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V kapsamında, sağlayıcıların Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC) taahhütlerine dayanır.

9. Saklama süreleri

• Anonim kimlik, tercih ve ilerleme: siz silinmesini isteyene kadar
• Cihaz kimliği (deneme): deneme hakkının takibi için siz silinmesini isteyene kadar
• Konum: geliştirici tarafından saklanmaz; cihazda yalnızca son hesaplanan vakitler tutulur
• Satın alma kaydı: yasal ve mali yükümlülüklerin gerektirdiği süre boyunca, en fazla 10 yıl
• Satın alma ekranı olayları: siz silinmesini isteyene kadar
• Kullanım istatistikleri (Android): Firebase Analytics proje ayarında belirlenen süre boyunca, en fazla 14 ay

10. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15-22 uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bir kopyasını isteme (erişim)
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verinin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme
• Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış bir biçimde alma (taşınabilirlik)
• İşlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğiniz rızayı geri alma
• Yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayalı bir karara itiraz etme
• Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) veya yetkili AB denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma

11. Verilerinizi silme

Rehberim'de ad, e-posta veya şifre ile açılan bir hesap yoktur; uygulama anonim bir kimlikle çalışır. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek, cihazdaki tüm kayıtlarınızı (namaz, oruç, zikir, rozetler, ayarlar) siler. Sunucudaki anonim kaydınızın (tercihler, deneme ve satın alma kayıtları) da silinmesini istiyorsanız omerbarisberk@hotmail.com adresine yazın; kaydı bulabilmemiz için uygulamanın Araçlar ekranında görünen üye numaranızı ekleyin. Satın alma kayıtları yasal saklama süresi boyunca tutulur.

Sunucu tarafındaki kaydınızın silinmesi için omerbarisberk@hotmail.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; kaydınız en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

12. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulamanın yaş sınırı 4+'dir. Uygulama, 13 yaşın (Avrupa Birliği'nde 16 yaşın) altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Böyle bir verinin toplandığı fark edilirse gecikmeksizin silinir. Çocuğunuza ait bir veri toplandığını düşünüyorsanız omerbarisberk@hotmail.com adresine bildirin.

13. Güvenlik

• Tüm ağ trafiği TLS (HTTPS) ile şifrelenir
• Sunucu tarafı verilere yalnızca geliştirici erişebilir; erişim kimlik doğrulaması ile korunur
• Cihazdaki veriler işletim sisteminin sağladığı uygulama korumalı alanında (sandbox) tutulur
• Bir veri ihlali yaşanırsa etkilenen kullanıcılar ve yetkili makam 72 saat içinde bilgilendirilir

14. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Esaslı bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildirilir. Son güncelleme: 28 Ekim 2026 / 28 October 2026.

Ek B — Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir. Kart ve ödeme bilgileriniz geliştiriciye hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödeme tamamen Apple/Google tarafından işlenir. Geliştirici yalnızca satın almanın geçerliliğini doğrulayan makbuz bilgisini ve satın alınan ürün kimliğini görür. İade talepleri Apple/Google üzerinden yapılır.

1. Who publishes this policy

This app is developed and published by Ömer Barış Berk, who acts as the data controller for your personal data. For any question, request or complaint: omerbarisberk@hotmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

2. Scope

This policy covers only the Rehberim app (iOS, iPadOS, Android). Third-party services linked from the app are governed by their own policies. This policy is effective from 28 October 2026.

3. Data collected — category by category

The following data is collected:

• Anonymous identity: A random user id (uid) generated by Firebase. It is not linked to your name, e-mail or phone.
• In-app preferences and progress: Favourite surahs, completed surahs, the content you opened last, member number, install date and premium status. Stored on the server (Firestore) for consistency.
• Device identifier (free trial): A persistent device identifier (on iOS a random id stored in the Apple Keychain, on Android an app-specific device id), platform, device model and OS version, so that the 7-day free trial does not restart after reinstalling. Never used for advertising or tracking.
• Location: Your current location, read only when you allow it, solely to show prayer times, the qibla direction and your city name. Your location is NOT stored on the developer's server; only the latitude-longitude is sent to the Aladhan (prayer-time calculation) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (city name) services. Without location permission you can choose a city instead.
• Purchase record: The status of your premium purchases and subscriptions, the product id and the validation result of the store receipt (RevenueCat and server records). Steps on the purchase screen (opening it, choosing a product, the purchase result) are recorded with your anonymous id.
• Community khatm: When you join a community khatm, the juz you take is matched to your anonymous user id. Other participants do not see your name, only that the juz is taken.
• Usage statistics (Android only): On Android, Firebase Analytics collects aggregate usage statistics such as screens opened, session length, device type, OS and country-level location. On iOS this analytics is switched off entirely.
• Kept only on your device: Your prayer, fasting, missed-prayer and dhikr records, your badges and notification/adhan reminder settings are stored on your device and are NOT sent to the server. Notifications are scheduled on the device; no push token is collected.

Never collected — under any circumstance:

• Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number
• Contacts, calendar, messages and call logs
• Health and fitness data
• Bank card or payment instrument details
• Biometric data

4. How data is collected

• Provided by you: Your favourite surahs, surahs you finished reading, the juz you take in a community khatm, your prayer/fasting/missed-prayer/dhikr records and notification preferences. The app never asks for your name, e-mail or phone; there is no sign-up screen.
• Collected automatically: When the app first opens, an anonymous user id is created through Firebase. To protect the free trial, a persistent device identifier is stored together with platform, device model and OS version. If you allow it, your current location is read for prayer times and the qibla. On Android, Firebase Analytics collects usage statistics; on iOS Firebase Analytics is switched off.
• Through third-party SDKs: Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Aladhan API (namaz vakitleri), OpenStreetMap Nominatim, AlQuran Cloud API, mp3quran.net

5. Purpose of processing, per data type

• Anonymous identity → to keep your preference and purchase records attached to you
• Preferences and progress → to show your favourites and reading progress when you return
• Device identifier → to prevent abuse of the free trial
• Location → to compute prayer times, the qibla direction and your city name
• Purchase record → to unlock premium features, validate the receipt and fix problems on the purchase screen
• Community khatm → to track who holds which juz and complete the khatm
• Usage statistics (Android) → to understand which features are used and improve the app

6. Legal basis (KVKK and GDPR)

• Data required for the app to function — KVKK art.5/2-c (performance of a contract) and GDPR art.6(1)(b)
• Crash and error logs — KVKK art.5/2-f (legitimate interest) and GDPR art.6(1)(f)
• Personalised advertising and optional analytics — KVKK art.5/1 (explicit consent) and GDPR art.6(1)(a); you may withdraw consent at any time

7. Third parties and what they receive

• Google Firebase — receives: anonymous user id, in-app progress records and crash information. Privacy policy
• RevenueCat — receives: purchase receipt, subscription status, anonymous user id. Privacy policy
• Apple App Store — receives: payment processing and receipt validation. Privacy policy
• Google Play — receives: payment processing and purchase validation. Privacy policy
• Aladhan API (namaz vakitleri) — receives: the latitude-longitude of your location and the IP address of the request, to calculate prayer times; no user identity is sent. Service website
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — receives: the latitude-longitude of your location and the IP address, to show your city/district name; no user identity is sent. Privacy policy
• AlQuran Cloud API — receives: the Quran text/translation request and the IP address; no personal data is sent. Service website
• mp3quran.net — receives: the recitation audio request and the IP address; no personal data is sent. Service website

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred for marketing purposes to any third party.

8. International transfers

Servers of the services used may be located in the European Union and the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under KVKK art.9 and GDPR Chapter V.

9. Retention periods

• Anonymous identity, preferences and progress: until you ask for deletion
• Device identifier (trial): until you ask for deletion, to track the trial entitlement
• Location: not stored by the developer; only the last computed times are kept on the device
• Purchase record: for as long as legal and financial obligations require, at most 10 years
• Purchase-screen events: until you ask for deletion
• Usage statistics (Android): for the period set in the Firebase Analytics project settings, at most 14 months

10. Your rights

Under KVKK art.11 and GDPR art.15-22 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and obtain a copy (access)
• Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Receive your data in a structured format (portability)
• Object to processing and withdraw your consent
• Object to a decision based solely on automated processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the competent EU supervisory authority

To exercise your rights, write to omerbarisberk@hotmail.com. Your request is answered free of charge within 30 days.

11. Deleting your data

Rehberim has no account created with a name, e-mail or password; the app works with an anonymous id. Deleting the app from your device erases all records on the device (prayer, fasting, dhikr, badges, settings). To have your anonymous server-side record (preferences, trial and purchase records) deleted too, write to omerbarisberk@hotmail.com and include your member number shown on the app's Tools screen so we can find the record. Purchase records are kept for the legal retention period.

To have your server-side record deleted, write to omerbarisberk@hotmail.com; your record is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

12. Children's privacy

The app's age rating is 4+. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (under 16 in the European Union). If such data is found to have been collected, it is deleted without delay. If you believe data about your child has been collected, contact omerbarisberk@hotmail.com.

13. Security

• All network traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
• Server-side data is accessible only to the developer, protected by authentication
• On-device data is kept within the operating system's application sandbox
• In case of a data breach, affected users and the competent authority are notified within 72 hours

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published at this address with an updated "last updated" date. Material changes are announced inside the app. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Appendix B — Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your card and payment details never reach the developer; payment is handled entirely by Apple/Google. The developer only sees the receipt used to validate the purchase and the purchased product identifier. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google.
