Clash Rush'yı (“oyun”) indirerek bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Oyun Ömer Barış Berk tarafından sunulur. Satın alma ve lisans konularında Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi da geçerlidir.

Sanal ürünler

Altın, İkor ve kahramanlar gibi oyun içi öğeler yalnızca oyunda kullanılır, gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve devredilemez. Ödemeleri Apple alır; iadeler Apple'ın kurallarına tabidir. Kalıcı ürünler aynı Apple hesabıyla geri yüklenebilir.

Reklamlar

Oyun Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterir. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.

Oyun verisi

İlerleme yalnızca cihazında tutulur. Cihaz değişikliğinde veya uygulama silindiğinde kaybolan ilerlemeden sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Kurallar

Oyunu kopyalamak, tersine mühendislikle değiştirmek veya hile amacıyla kurcalamak yasaktır.

Sorumluluk

Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

By downloading Clash Rush (“the game”) you accept these terms. The game is provided by Ömer Barış Berk. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to purchases and licensing.

Virtual items

In-game items such as gold, crystals and heroes can be used only in the game, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred. Apple takes the payments, and refunds follow Apple's rules. Permanent items can be restored with the same Apple account.

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Game data

Progress is kept only on your device. No responsibility is accepted for progress lost when changing devices or deleting the app.

Rules

Copying the game, modifying it by reverse engineering or tampering with it to cheat is prohibited.

Liability

The game is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
